These are the rules for using BlackRep — the dating side at blackrep.app/dating and the video side at videos.blackrep.app. One account covers both, so these terms cover both.
By registering you agree to them. If you do not, do not register. How we handle your data is a separate document: the Privacy Policy.
BlackRep is an adult site. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. We ask for your date of birth at registration.
If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18 we delete it and its content without warning and without notice. This is the one rule we will never take a view on.
You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your profile settings. What that erases is set out in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
BlackRep is built around a specific adult interest, and the content here reflects that. Everyone on it is here voluntarily and can leave at any time. Nothing on this site is a statement about anyone who is not a member of it, and nothing here licenses you to direct any of it at people who have not chosen to be part of it.
What happens between members is between them. We host the place; we are not party to what you arrange with anyone you meet through it, and we do not vet members before they join. Use ordinary judgement when meeting a stranger.

Breaking any of these can cost you your account immediately. Some of them we report to the police.
Any member with a confirmed address can upload. When you upload you confirm, and we record with a timestamp and your IP address, that:
Those confirmations are the basis on which we publish. If you cannot honestly make all four, do not upload. Making them falsely is a breach of these terms and, depending on what you uploaded, an offence.
Keep your records. If you are the producer, keep the age documentation for everyone in your videos. If a complaint or an authority requires it, we will ask you for it, and we will remove the video until you supply it.
Everything is reviewed before it goes live. We approve or reject at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason beyond the one shown to you. Rejection is not a judgement about you; it usually means something about the upload was unclear.
On theme. This is a themed site and uploads are expected to fit it. Off-theme material is rejected — that is an editorial decision, not an accusation.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. We do not claim it and we do not sell it.
You do give us the permission we need to actually run the site: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store your content, encode and resize it, put it on our delivery network, and show it to the members it is meant for. That licence exists only to operate BlackRep, lasts as long as you keep the content on the site, and ends when you remove it or delete your account — except for copies already cached on the delivery network, which age out on their own.
You confirm you have the right to grant that licence for everything you post.
The site itself — the name, the design, the code — is ours.
If something here is yours and was posted without permission, write to abuse@blackrep.app with:
We remove content that is clearly infringing, usually the same day. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to us and say why — we will look again.
Separately from copyright: if there is content on BlackRep of you that you did not consent to, write to abuse@blackrep.app and say so. We take it down first and ask questions afterwards. You do not need to prove you own the copyright, and you do not need to explain yourself.
Every profile and every video has a report control. The categories are: not who they say they are, impersonation, looks underage, offensive or abusive, spam or scam, and something else. The first two ask for evidence — an accusation about who somebody is should not be actionable on a stranger's say-so.
Depending on what we find we may do nothing, remove the content, warn the member, suspend the account, or delete it. Reports about a minor, or about non-consensual content, jump the queue.
If we suspend or remove your account we will tell you why, unless telling you would interfere with a legal matter. You can reply and ask us to reconsider, at abuse@blackrep.app.
BlackRep is being actively built. Features appear, change and disappear. We may add limits, change how anything works, or stop running the site altogether. Where a change would lose you something you care about, we will give notice if we reasonably can.
Nothing here is a paid service at the time of writing. If that ever changes, the terms of it will be set out before you are asked to pay anything.
BlackRep is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, free of faults, free of bad actors, or that anyone on it is who they claim to be. We do not verify members' identities — ID verification exists on the site, it is optional, and a badge is not a guarantee.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or lost opportunity, for what other members do or say, or for anything that happens between you and someone you met here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can leave whenever you like: delete your account from your settings.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can do it without notice where the breach is serious — content involving a minor, or content of someone who did not consent, being the clearest cases.
Sections 6 (the licence, for cached copies), 7, 11, 12 and 14 survive the end of your account.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law.
Talk to us before anything else — most things are a misunderstanding, and abuse@blackrep.app reaches a person.
If we change anything material we will change the date at the top and tell members through a notice on the site. Continuing to use BlackRep after that means you accept the new version.
